The level of the health evaluation you receive is tailored to you based on your age, gender and family history.
The Executive Health Evaluation includes the following
- A comprehensive assessment of your medical history and a physical examination
- A full range of preventative screening tests for early detection of cancer,
heart disease and other serious medical conditions
- A cardiovascular assessment which may include a treadmill exercise test
and exercise prescription
- A lifestyle assessment and personal education session to discuss nutrition,
tobacco, alcohol, stress, exercise and other risk factors that may be impacting
your overall health
- A review and update of medications and immunizations
At the end or your visit at Executive Health, you will receive a Personal Health
Report of your risk factors that will be reviewed with you by our nurse. In
addition, a Comprehensive Health Report will be mailed to your home. This report
will outline the results of the examinations and the physician's findings. Your
physician may recommend additional screenings and tests, which will be outlined
in this report as well. Any additional services needed may be coordinated for
you by the Executive Health nurse.
If you already have an established relationship with a primary care physician, we will be glad to share your Comprehensive Health Report with them (only with your written consent.) If you do not have a primary care physician, the physicians on the Executive Health panel are available to serve in this role.
The underlying premise of Executive Health is to coordinate healthcare services to be convenient and time efficient for our clients. When able, most healthcare exams and services are offered in the Executive Health suites. In some cases you are required to go to another part of the hospital, in these cases, our nurse will escort you to your appointment.
